Daisies have always been my favorite flower. Just thinking about them makes me smile. I love their simple beauty. They are not extravagant or rich in color. They are not a rare flower, in fact they are a wild flower, abundantly available any where it is warm. I think it is their wild nature that I am most attracted to. Did you know they are actually considered a weed?
I wonder if my love of daisies says anything about me as a parent? Maybe our parenting styles are all linked to our flower preference? Then again, probably not. I mean, not unless daisies can be linked to impatience.

It’s an interesting theory and if so I am probably creeping charlie or something of that nature. Thanks for stopping by my blog and I will be honored to place my ad here. Jen

We have a wildflower garden out at our place, and we love it. Daisies are such a sunny, happy flower — I’m not surprised you identify with them.
Thanks for the fun post! I’m glad I found your blog. -MM

Thanks Midwest Mom. I wish I could get up the motivation to start a garden of my own. It’s too hot in the summer but from fall to spring I know I could have quit a nice garden. It would give me a good workout too!
